Kids CAMP 2024
June 10th- 14th Monday - friday for ages 12-14 years old
This camp will meet everyday for 1 week and teach your child the FUNdamentals of strength training and functional fitness. This camp is designed for kids with athletic backgrounds who want to become stronger and capable of lifting weights. We will have nutritional chats each session that teach them about fueling for performance in their sport. This camp meets from 1:30pm-3:00pm Mon-Fri.
